Residential resorts investor Dolphin Capital Investors Ltd said on Tuesday it has agreed to dispose of its 100% interest in the Triopetra development project in Crete, to Cyprus entity Deniage Ltd for EUR4.1 million.

Dolphin has already received EUR4.0 million with the remaining EUR100,000 withheld until the first anniversary of the acquisition to cover any project liabilities.

The sale is in line with Dolphin's strategy to realise value through the sale of all its assets.
