NBG retains 100% of the Senior notes and 5% of the Mezzanine and Junior notes, selling 95% of the Mezzanine and Junior notes

The Company holds in aggregate 3,393,081 own shares, equivalent to 1.920% of the Company’s total outstanding number of shares.

This new center will be responsible for distributing IKEA products in Central and Eastern Mediterranean countries.

The total consideration amounted to €254m.

The share capital of the Company amounts to a total of €102,588,769.00 divided into 205,177,538 common, registered, with voting rights, shares with a nominal value of €0.50 each.

The final yield of the bond issue came in at 4.5%
