The need for developing shopping malls away from city centers has been heavily discussed lately, in order to prevent adding to the already burdened environmental conditions.

Based on our experience from developing a large number of malls in central urban areas, we believe that shopping malls located in city centers can act as strong attraction points, contributing to quality urban development and adding to the area's appeal.

In European countries, were the shopping center market is quite developed, we can see many projects created right in the heart of cities, thus allowing tenants and residents to utilize quality urban spaces within the city boarders, instead of creating attraction points outside the city limits.

It goes without saying that such developments require proper urban planning, in order to ensure the necessary access points, as well as the mall's proper environmental management, which is how we, as a company, approach such developments, aiming to reduce any negative environmental effects stemming from our projects.
