On the plot of land that spans in a total area of 3,179.16 sqm, there are buildings of 1,987.50 sqm. which have been used by the cooperative "SUPPLIER AND CONSUMER COOPERATIVE OF POTTERERS AND CERAMISTS OF AMAROUSIOU ASSOCIATED" since 1970 until today. The cooperative is obliged to withdraw from the property by decision of the Single Member Court of First Instance of Athens if the new buyer exercises his right.
The tender step, i.e. the minimum percentage increase of each offer on the highest already existing offer, is set equal to 5%.
In order to participate in the tender process, candidates will deposit a Participation Guarantee of €333,500 for a minimum of 300 days, extended at the Participant's expense and in case of an extension of the validity of their Offer so that it lasts at least 30 days longer than the Offer's duration, in accordance with the applicable General Terms of Tenders for the sale of HPPC properties.
The highest financial bid will be declared successful.
The deadline for submitting supporting documents for participation is until Monday, May 20, 2024. The date of electronic submission of the financial offer will be announced later to participants who have successfully submitted the above supporting documents.
