Dika Agapitidou is the Founder and Director of Athens Economics Ltd – JLL Alliance Partner, set up in 1993. She is a Member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), a founding member of the Greek branch of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centres) and a member of ELIE (Hellenic Valuation Institute). Her background is in Economics, Planning & Econometrics and she has been professionally involved in commercial real estate since 1988, when she was appointed Head of Forecasting at Jones Lang Wootton in London. Prior to that, she worked as a consultant for the Greek government (Home Office), international organisations (EU & OECD), and academic establishments (LSE) in Athens, Brussels, Paris, and London. In her present role as director of Athens Economics Ltd – JLL Alliance Partner, and together with trusted colleagues from a multidisciplinary background, she provides commercial real estate and economic research/advice as well as valuation and agency services to domestic business and multinationals. Athens Economics was the 2019-20 European Property Awards winner for Commercial Property Consultancy & Agency. Moreover, since 2004 she is the Greek Branch Representative of Jones Lang LaSalle Services Ltd which provides facilities management to multinational HQs located in Greece. She is the co-author of one book (IOVE, 1995), has written numerous articles, which have appeared in Greek and English newspapers and specialist periodicals and is a frequent panelist in real estate conferences and seminars in Greece and abroad. Dika speaks English, French, and Spanish, is married and a mother of three.

Mrs. is the Chief Executive Officer of BriQ Properties REIC since the Company’s establishment in 2016. From July 2015 until June 2016 she served on the Board of Directors of NBG Pangaea REIC as a non-Executive Director. Prior to that she assumed various management positions in Lamda Development S.A. from 2003 until 2015. She was the Managing Director of Lamda Property Management (2003-2006) and the Commercial Director of Lamda Development (2006-2015). She also served on the Board of Directors of ECE - Lamda Hellas and MC Property Management.

In the period 1997-2003 she worked and lived in New York where she was employed as an investment banker at Lazard LLC (1997-2000), she started her own internet venture, ShipVertical (2000-2001) and worked in NYSE-listed Seacor Holdings as the Director of Strategy and Business Development (2001-2003).

Before 1997 she was employed by Barclays Bank in London, Athens and Piraeus and received training in various managerial positions under bank’s challenging Management Development Program.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from National University of Athens and a postgraduate degree in Shipping, Trade & Finance from City University Business School of London.

Mr. Dimitris Andritsos is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cerved Property Services. He held the same position in Eurobank Property Services SA from 2008 to 2018. He has served as Head of Advisory Services in the Real Estate sector of Eurobank from 2001. He has also worked at Eurobank Leasing where he held the position of Credit & Marketing Manager(1998-2000), while in 1994-1998 he worked for Bank of Cyprus, where he held the position of Senior Officer at Corporate Lending Division. He studied in Greece and Great Britain and holds a degree from Athens University of Economics and MSc from the University of Wales (Banking & Finance).He also holds a PhD from Technical University of Crete.

He demonstrates significant experience in Portfolio Management, Investment Management, Management Consulting, and Structure Finance with over 20-year experience in the field of Real Estate. 

Mr. Andritsos had been Vice President of the Greek charter of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and member of the Advisory Board of ULI (Urban Land Institute) for Greece & Cyprus. Errikos is the Chief Executive of Hellenic Properties, a real estate investment company targeting value-based opportunities in Greece, currently managing over €65 million in assets. He has served as CEO of the Arones family office for more than 20 years, focusing primarily on real estate, private equity and venture capital investments.

Despina holds the position of Senior Partner in Grivalia Management Company. She is Head of Repossessed Asset Portfolio Management since July 2019. She is responsible for managing portfolios from banks & organizations of both residential and commercial real estate and in particular for the maturation and capitalization of these portfolios.

Until 2019, she worked at Eurobank as Head, Assistant General Manager of the Real Estate and Technical Works Sector. Since 2015 she was also Ηead of the Environmental Department of the Bank. Prior to that, she was an executive at Eurobank Properties in the asset management and commercialization department of the Bank.

She has a degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Public Administration, a Postgraduate MSc in Environmental Management from the University of Hull, and a Diploma in Real Estate and Appraisal from IST studies

Kenny is a Partner at KPMG, with responsibility for real estate advisory. He has been involved with real estate on a professional basis for about 33 years, with significant experience in real estate investment, debt, development, appraisal, and management in Greece, Cyprus, and the UK. He has managed a number of regulated vehicles, including the Greek branch of a German bank and an Athens Stock Exchange listed REIC. He has personally executed numerous property sales and acquisitions and has advised a wide range of investors, financial institutions, hotel groups, loan servicers and large corporates on real estate-related issues. Kenny holds a BSc in Urban Estate Management from Westminster University and has been a member of the RICS (MRICS) since 1993.

Vasilis is a brokerage and advisory professional with more than 15 years of experience in hospitality assets. He is also active in the sourcing of broader commercial real estate and development land plot deals.

Vassilis has been involved in hotel acquisition projects on behalf of established and opportunistic investors and also in hotel management and operating lease projects. In the past, he was heading the sales department of a major national hotel resort group and, beforehand, the commercial department of an Athens-based agency focusing on commercial properties and development land plots. He started his career in the residential property sector at a major Athenian agency.

Vasilis holds an MSc in Services Management and a BSc in International and European Economic Studies from Athens University of Economics and Business.

Nikolas G. Haritakis, Ph.D., is an economist in the field of Industrial Organization. His work focuses on exploring corporate strategic decision-making in economics and finance.

Prior to his retirement in 2016, Dr. Haritakis held the position of Professor in the Economics Department at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Additionally, Dr. Haritakis served as a General Manager at the New Economy Development Fund (TANEO S.A.), a Fund of Funds under the supervision of Deutsche Bank with an equity capital of 300 m. Euros. During his tenure, the company achieved a capital increase of 33% IRR. A noteworthy accomplishment considering the challenging economic conditions during this period, (2012-2014).

Throughout his career, Dr. Haritakis has held various significant roles, including serving as CEO of the National Tourist Real Estate Company. In this capacity, he was responsible for managing a substantial real assets portfolio valued at 1.5 billion Euros.

Dr. Haritakis played a pivotal role as Secretary General of the Ministry of Development in the initial stages of implementing privatization efforts in Greece (1990 – 1993).

Dr. Haritakis’ scholarly work extends to numerous publications, including articles in foreign economic journals. He has also authored a book about Industrial Organization.

Tassos is a Partner at EY since 2005 and is leading EY’s Strategy and Transactions (SaT) Services in Greece; the largest in size and the strongest, in terms of brand awareness, corporate finance advisory practice in the country.

He also leads EY’s Strategy and Transactions Services in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) South Cluster and serves as EY’s Energy & Utilities Sector Leader in Greece.

In addition, he was EY Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) SaT Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sector Leader, while he also served as EY’s Valuation and Financial & Business Modelling Services Leader for Central & Southeast Europe, for over seven years.

Before joining EY in 2002, Tassos has served as Director of the financial advisory practice of a global audit and advisory firm, in which he also started his career as a financial advisor, in 1996.

Tassos holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Patras, Greece, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Stirling, UK.

He has received executive training, among others, at the Harvard Business School and INSEAD.

He is an elected Member of the Board of Directors of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (EVEA).

He has over 25 years of financial advisory experience in various areas, including Mergers & Acquisitions, NPL transactions, company, loans and intangible assets valuations, financial and business modelling, corporate strategy & business planning, economic studies, etc., with emphasis on the banking, telecommunications, energy, infrastructure, and consumer products sectors.

In addition to his role at EY, Tassos advises Greek small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and start-ups, in the context of his cooperation with the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV), EVEA and Endeavor Greece.

For several years, Tassos was also a lecturer on M&A valuations at the University of Piraeus’s Banking & Finance postgraduate program.

Mrs. Ellie Kakoullou serves as Assistant General Manager, Head of Group Real Estate at the National Bank of Greece since 2019, overseeing the Bank’s real estate management, investment and commercialization activities in addition to group real estate appraisal and technical services.

She started her career in the banking sector at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, in the Bank Supervision Group. Upon her return to Greece, she joined KPMG as a Senior Consultant and then moved to National Westminster Bank in Athens where she was responsible for public sector lending and sovereign debt for 5 years. From there she joined Alpha Bank and held several positions of increasing seniority throughout her 18 years at the Bank, starting in Corporate Banking, moving on to the establishment of the Bank’s Project Finance unit and becoming Head of Structured Finance in 2014, with a primary focus on real estate, energy and infrastructure lending and investments. From 2018 to 2019, she served as Executive Director and Board Member of the Hellenic Public Properties Company. In 2019 she joined the National Bank of Greece.

Mrs. Kakoullou holds a Master’s Degree in International Finance and Banking from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Columbia College.

Panagiotis Kapetanakos is the Chief Executive Officer of Noval Property, the 2nd largest Real Estate Investment Company in Greece with total assets of €568m. Noval Property is a subsidiary of Viohalco. Prior to his current position he was co-CEO and CFO of the GBP 1.2 bn and 75,000 m2 GBA acquisition and redevelopment of the Old War Office grade 2* listed building in London from office into mixed use, comprising the first Raffles hotel in London (with a 125-rooms capacity, F&B, spa and other amenities) and 85 Raffles branded residential apartments. Previously he was Chief Investment Officer & Head of Asset Management of NBG Pangaea (now Prodea Investments) in Athens; Manager at Piraeus Real Estate / Piraeus Bank Group in Athens; Director at Mizuho Corporate Advisory in Athens and Vice President, Business Development in the Hinduja Group in London. Panagiotis Kapetanakos holds an MBA from the Management School of Imperial College in London and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.

Konstantinos Karatsolis is an Attorney at Law specialized the fields of Environmental Law, Urban Planning and Civil Law regarding Public and Private Works as well as Public Procurement. He is a Scientific Associate of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), teaching the courses "Methods and Applications of Urban Planning.” He is a Legal Advisor of the Hellenic Ministry of Environment and Energy, a Member of the Central Council for Urban Issues and Challenges, and a Member of the specialist force for the assessment of sustainable plans and activities as regards carrying capacity and for the establishment of the National Observatory for Sustainable Cities, as well as a Legal Advisor of the Technical Chamber of Greece, of Scientific Associations and Bodies of Central Administration since the year 2005 and has participated in legislative committees as well as in various conferences as rapporteur. He is currently a PhD Candidate in the Department of Architectural Engineering of the University of Patras in the field of Urban Planning Tools in Law and Green City Transformation. Recently, he participated in the preparation of the candidacy of the city of Ioannina for participation in the “EU Mission: Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities” in collaboration with the Department of Architecture of the University of Patras and other great academics.

Dr. Aristotelis Karytinos is the Chief Executive Officer of NBG Pangaea REIC a leading real estate investment company in the region with assets of € 1.7 bn in Greece, Italy and SEE. He possesses long standing experience in investment and banking through key positions both in the public and the private sectors. His experience spans over the retail and corporate lines of business, having set up one of the most successful private mortgage lending units in Greece as well as a significant number of investment and service providing companies in the real estate sector, both in Greece and Central and Southeastern Europe. Prior to his current position Dr. Karytinos was for 6 years the General Manager - Real Estate of the National Bank of Greece Group. Before joining the NBG Group, he held senior positions within Eurobank EFG Group, including Head of Group Real Estate, Head of Mortgage Lending and CEO of Eurobank Properties REIC, a company which he led into a successful IPO in 2006 and a subsequent rights issue in 2007, raising in total approximately €450 m. In the past, he served for several years as senior manager in companies of the public and private sector. Aristotelis Karytinos holds a Doctorate (PhD) in Finance from the University of Warwick, UK and is a Fellow of RICS. He was a lecturer at the post graduate real estate programme of the Athens University of Economics and Business and has published a significant number of articles in the Greek financial and real estate specific press as well a number of academic papers.

Mr. Konstantopoulos has been a Management Advisor to the CEO’s office of PIRAEUS BANK SA since June 2017.

He has served as President of the Bank’s Senior Credit Committees both for performing and non-performing exposures, as well as a member of the BoD of Piraeus Leasing SA, Piraeus Factors SA, and ETVA VIPE SA.

He has held several senior positions in the Investment and Corporate Banking units of Alpha Bank and Eurobank and has worked as an advisor to the Board of one of the largest Greek hotel chains.

Mr. Konstantopoulos holds a BBA degree from Barcuch College New York and an MBA degree in Finance and International business from NYU (Stern Graduate School of Business).

Georgios Kordelas is a Design and construction professional, with over 20 years of experience, ranging from High-End commercial developments for some of the world's renowned developers, through to high-rise developments all over Europe developing sustainable solutions for different challenges.

Georgios Kordelas joined Hines in November 2020 as Project Director, where he is responsible for overseeing all projects for Hines Greece.

Hines is a global real estate investment, development, and property manager. The firm was founded by Gerald D. Hines in 1957 and now operates in 30 countries. Hines manages nearly $96B in high-performing assets across residential, logistics, retail, office, and mixed-use strategies. Local teams serve 480 properties totaling nearly 241 million square feet globally. Hines is committed to a net zero carbon target by 2040 without buying offsets.

Prior to that, Georgios Kordelas was Project Director at MEININGER Hotels based in London and Berlin from 2017 to 2020, where he was heading the project management team for all MEININGER hotel developments in Europe, including refurbishment, new construction, prototypes, and standards.

During his tenure as Project Director at citizenM hotels from 2011 to 2017, he was responsible for the development of new hotels in London, Paris and Copenhagen. 

Managing the refurbishment of the High Rise "Emporio" between 2009-2011, a 24-storey landmark building in Hamburg, was his key contribution as Project Director for Union Investment, who was the investor and moved into the “Emporio” as their headquarters.

From 1999 to 2009, he worked as Senior Director for Tishman Speyer, managing medium to large scale office developments in Germany and London, including the high-rise “OpernTurm” development in Frankfurt.

Georgios Kordelas taught Architecture at the University of Potsdam between 1996 and 2000. He holds a Degree in Architecture from the University of Aachen in Germany and a Master of Architecture from the Kunstakademie (Academy of Arts) Duesseldorf. 

George acts as a Senior Adviser to RCG. He is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Resolute Group Greece. He has over 20 years of experience in banking as well as in regional development, real estate, and tourism.

Previously, George served as Executive General Manager, Group Chief Real Estate of Piraeus Bank Group. During his tenure at Piraeus Bank Group, he was also the CEO of Piraeus Real Estate as well as of PICAR, Chairman of the BoD of Piraeus Leasing and Piraeus Leases as well as a member of the Executive Committee of the Bank. He also participated in the Senior Credit and Recovery Credit Committee and other real estate related Investment committees.

Before joining the Piraeus Bank Group, George served as an Advisor to the Governor of the Bank of Greece. Previously he worked for the European Central Bank. He is a RICS Fellow (FRICS) and holds a Vordiplom in Economics and Management Sciences and a Diploma (MS) in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, from Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen in Germany.

George Litsas is the founder and chief executive officer of GLP Values, a professional real estate company servicing clients throughout Europe. 

Since founding GLP Values in 2012, he has overseen the company’s dynamic growth and expansion and has managed to lead GLP in becoming one of Greece’s most prolific and fastest-growing commercial real estate firms.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Pavlos has worked in real estate advisory and financial services in the UK, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Greece, and Cyprus. He has held positions such as Head of Real Estate at Gordian Holdings, Head of Asset Management at Bank of Cyprus (REMU), and Partner and member of the executive committee at Resolute Asset Management.

George Maltezos is an Associate Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) covering the Property & Tourism sectors for Greece, Bulgaria, Albania and Romania and is based in Athens. George joined the EBRD in January 2016, short after the Bank started operating in Greece. Before the EBRD, George worked as a financial consultant in Transaction Advisory Services of Ernst & Young Business Advisory Solutions covering several sectors including real estate and tourism. George holds an MSc in Finance from the Warwick Business School and a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the Athens University of Economics & Business.

Dimitris Manoussakis is the Managing Partner of KENTRIKI Property Valuers & Consultants, the Savills International associate in Greece. He specializes in offering professional advisory services to private companies and public organizations. He has graduated from the National Technical University of Athens, Department of Architecture, and he is a qualified Architect, Member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TCG). He has obtained an MSc Degree in Urban and Regional Planning Studies from the London School of Economics (LSE). He is also Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and Accredited Valuer to the Registry held by the Greek Ministry of Finance.

Dimitris has more than thirty years of experience in valuation, portfolio analysis, due diligence, feasibility studies and concession agreements. He is also experienced in negotiations and investment transactions with international property funds in Greece.

Marios Margelos is a Real Estate Economist. He’s a graduate of the University of Essex (BSc in Accounting & Financial Management), the University of London (MSc in Finance – Birkbeck College), and the University of Reading (MSc in Real Estate).

Marios has 20years professional experience in production, construction management, and banking industry. Currently, he’s Senior Director, Head of Valuations Management in REInvest and Resolute Hellas, both members of the Resolute Asset Management Group, dealing daily with real estate consulting services, REO strategies, Risk and Governance issues with an extensive track record in valuations of residential, commercial, leisure and special type of properties.

Marios is a member of the RICS Board Greece, MRICS, the Economic Chamber of Greece, and the Association of Greek Valuers as a Certified Valuer REV-TEGoVA.

Kostas Markazos has many years of experience in Greek and multinational companies and a history of remarkable productivity and corporate profitability results. He has published several articles with financial and tax content.

Today he holds the position of CEO of PREMIA REIC.

Mrs Messari is the General Manager, COO, and CFO of NBG Pangaea REIC and an executive member of the Board of Directors. Between 2008 and 2010 she served as Chief Financial Officer of NBG Property Services S.A and between 2008 and 2014 she served as an executive member of the boards of directors of NBG Group companies in Greece and other countries with a focus on real estate. For the period 1998-2008, Mrs Messari worked within Eurobank Group, initially at retail banking and subsequently holding high-ranking positions in the real estate arm of the Group such as Head of Finance, Control and Operations of Grivalia Properties REIC (formerly Eurobank Properties REIC) and Head of Strategy, Support & Control Division of Eurobank Group’s Real Estate. Mrs. Messari holds a bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Informatics from the University of Athens with a focus on the analysis, planning, and management of IT systems and has realized further studies in International Financial Reporting Standards.

Dr. Angela Michalopoulou brings over 25 years of experience in investment and real estate development, primarily focused on the Greek market. With a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Patras and an MBA from the Athens Lab for Business Administration, her career combines strong technical expertise with strategic business insights.

Her professional journey includes significant leadership roles such as the Director General for Real Estate Portfolio Management Hellenic Public Properties Company, optimizing profitability and efficiency for large-scale property portfolios and improving asset utilization. At Enterprise Greece, she led investment initiatives that significantly increased foreign investment inflows. Her early career roles also include heading the Unit at the Greek Information Society Program, enhancing SME competitiveness through technological upgrades and at the Federation of Greek Industries coordinating a technology transfer network.

At DKG Development, as Business Development Director, she is dealing with new assets acquisitions and development, increase tenants’ base and enhance sales channels.

Angela's skill set is extensive, ranging from strategic asset management and project management to negotiation and stakeholder engagement, all underpinned by a commitment to sustainability in real estate development.

He graduated with honours from the Faculty of Economics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a PhD in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Since 1997, he has worked as an Economist with the Economic Analysis and Research Department of the Bank of Greece and has created and developed the Department’s Real Estate Market Analysis Section. Before joining the Bank of Greece, Mr Mitrakos worked for the Centre of Planning and Economic Research – KEPE and for the National Accounts Department of the Hellenic Statistical Authority – ELSTAT. In 2010-2011, he served as vice-president of the Hellenic Public Real Estate Corporation.  In 2011 he was elected Associate Professor at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences. As a Visiting Professor he has also taught in the post-graduate programme of the University of the Peloponnese as well as courses in Business Administration and Organisation Management at the Hellenic Open University. Since March 2015, he is Deputy Governor of the Bank of Greece.

He has participated in many international conferences and has several years of research and teaching experience. He has published over 50 articles in international journals and in collective volumes. He has also co-authored five books, including “The Greek banking landscape and the international financial crisis”, “Structural change and banking employment”, and “Education and the labour market”, which won an award from the Academy of Athens. His research focus is on labour market issues, European and monetary policy, income distribution and the real estate market. 

Dr. Dimitrios Papastamos is the Executive Manager of Valuations and Research & Analytics division of Cerved Property Services (CPS). He is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as well as certified valuation expert in Real Estate (REV) by TeGoVa. He received a M.Res. in Finance by Cass Business School, London in 2010 and a PhD in Finance & Real Estate Economics by Henley Business School, Reading with full scholarship by the Investment Property Forum of London. He has published on several peer academic journals, while his research focuses mainly on topics such as AVMs, Forecasting Accuracy, Risk Management and lately on ESG and sustainable investing.  Being active in the Greek Real Estate field for more than 10 years has achieved to transform his solid academic background into valuable tools and technologies that allowed CPS to assume a leading role in Greek RE Market serving high demanding projects & clients.

Mr Papoulis currently serves as CEO, Executive Member of the BoD, and Chairman of the Investment Committee of Trade Estates REIC.

Previously served as CEO of South Sofia Ring Mall EOOD, Regional Managing Director of Starbucks Coffee and Gap Inc. at Marinopoulos Group, General Manager & Executive Member of the BoD of Hatzioannou Holdings, COO of FFG Platinum AE, and Commercial Director of Fashion Box Hellas.

He holds a BA in Economics & Finance from Macalester College, MN, USA an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, UK and an Executive Education Diploma in Real Estate Management from Harvard Business School.

He studied at the Ludwig Maximilians Universitaet Muenchen in Germany and got a Diplom in Betriebwirtschaft (Business Administration).

He is a fluent speaker of the Greek, German, and English languages.

He has a long experience as a real estate consultant (valuations, studies, property & market research, investment analysis, transaction advice etc.).

Mr. Paraskevopoulos has written many articles in the financial press regarding the Greek Real Estate Market. He also participates in several real estate conferences in Greece and abroad as a speaker and head of panels.

He has been in charge of several projects assigned by clients such as HRADF, Bain Capital, Pimco, Hines, Prodea Investments, Trastor, ICI, Folli Follie, Grupo Dolphin, Gek Terna, Dimand, Porto Carras, Accor, Zeus International, etc.

His current position from 2002 is General Manager and shareholder of Danos Greece, an alliance member of BNP PARIBAS Real Estate.

He is a member of RICS (MRICS) and ELIE.

Vasilis holds a degree in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras and a postgraduate qualification in Integrated Hardware-Software Systems. With over two decades of hands-on experience in online service development and IT project management, he has established himself as a seasoned professional in the field.

Currently serving as the Chief Digital Officer at Newsphone Hellas for the past 15 years, Vasilis has directed numerous digital transformative projects, including prominent platforms such as Vrisko.gr, eauction.gr, and Levanteferries.com.

Since April 2019, Vasilis has taken on the key role of Business Development Director at Landea.gr. During his tenure, Landea.gr has grown into the leading auction search service, attracting over 600,000 monthly visitors and building a user base of 50,000 individuals actively seeking real estate investment opportunities.

Vasilis with his extensive experience in the field of online auctions, will present the current trends in the auction market, highlighting opportunities in a rapidly growing sector that is now more transparent and accessible than ever before.

Constantin Pechlivanidis has more than 33 years of experience as an advisor and principal in the real estate markets of Greece and Southeast Europe, having held positions of responsibility in various leading Greek and international organizations.

Eleftherios “Left” Sikalidis is a senior real estate professional with an extensive 30-year career in pivotal roles within prominent international real estate consulting firms such as CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, and BNP Paribas RE, as well as with real estate funds and Greek entities. Specializing in planning and executing real estate strategies for investment and development companies, he has demonstrated notable achievements.

In his recent endeavors, Left successfully optimized a portfolio comprising 4,500 properties and led the restructuring of management and sales teams while serving as the Head of Repossessed Assets for a prominent Greek bank. Later on, in his role as the local partner of an American Israeli fund, he played a critical role in rapidly formulating a high-value real estate investment portfolio in Athens within just one year.

More than twenty years of professional experience in the fields of construction, telecoms, and infrastructure management. Started his career in 1995 as a construction engineer. Joined Cosmote in 1999 and initially held a number of positions of responsibility in the construction department since 2013, including Constructions Section Manager and Constructions Deputy Director, with the main objective of the implementation of the mobile network & IT Infrastructure. From 2013 to 2022, in the position of Construction & Infrastructure Management Director at COSMOTE Greece & OTE ESTATE. The position addressed all issues, working adjacent to senior and similar roles in the fields of building new construction and reconstruction in a multi-diverse portfolio including administrative facilities, central offices, IT Data centers, co-working centers and retail, energy & environmental management, and property regulatory compliance. Since April 2022, acts as the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR of Corporate Real Estate Management OTE GROUP & General Manager of OTE ESTATE S.A. Responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of the Group's Real Estate strategy - supervising the centralized ownership of processes, standards, and KPIs.

Stavros Tolias is the Chief Executive Officer of ZOIA, a Private Equity Real Estate Fund Management Firm active in Greece since 2017.

Andronikos Tsartsidis brings 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, focused on managing and expanding investment opportunities and client relations within a competitive market environment.

His career features a significant strategic role as a Board Member and Shareholder at DKG Development, where he is responsible for the group’s investment strategies. His initiatives have successfully developed, leased, and sold numerous investment projects, particularly in the serviced apartment sector.

George is a Founding Partner of Arbitrage Real Estate. He is an MRICS skilled project management expert with more than 20 years of experience managing large real estate construction, retrofit, and fit-out projects. He brings planning, development, and technical advisory expertise.

George has delivered a number of high profile commercial real estate projects on behalf of major private and public sector clients and financiers. In the past, George was for 7 years a Project Manager at WS Atkins International. Before Atkins, George was working for Faithful+Gould in London, managing flagship projects for international corporates and public sector organisations.

George is a qualified Civil Engineer and holds an MSc in Construction Economics and Management from University College London.

Dimitris leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio & Location Strategy practice across EMEA, advising corporates on where in the world, where in the city to locate their operations, and on how to optimise their real estate footprint from talent, real estate and business strategy perspective.

Dimitris draws from 15 years of experience in strategy consulting leading large scale consulting engagements for corporate and private equity clients on location advisory, real estate portfolio planning, go-to-market and operations strategy as well as commercial due diligence across Europe, US and Asia. He has led thought leadership on real estate trends, location strategy & future of workplace, published in global journals such as the Corporate Real Estate Journal and RIBA press.

Dimitris studied architecture at Aristotle University, holds an MSc in urban design from Columbia University and an MBA from HKUST. He is currently based in London and in the past, he lived and worked in New York, Hong Kong, Beijing, Zurich and Greece.

Ioannis’ academic studies include a BEng in Land Surveying from The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (GR), a Diploma in Surveying from The College of Estate Management - The University of Reading (UK) and a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSc in Real Estate) from The University of Reading (UK). Currently, he is a PhD candidate at Panteion University of Athens (GR).

His working experience is exclusively related to the sector of real estate. Ioannis worked with DTZ in England (London City office) and Greece (Athens office) as a property valuer, McDonald's Hellas and Goody's as Director of property development, SISIM spa Italy as delegate of the Greek market and GAIAOSE (Greek Railways) as a property development consultant. He founded GEOAXIS at 2006. GEOAXIS is the 1st registered valuation firm in Greece.

His experience in real estate covers a wide range of expertise from property valuation and feasibility studies to development studies, marketing and negotiations.

He is currently a Member of The Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE), The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as a fellow-FRICS, The European Real Estate Society (ERES) and The Greek Institute of Valuation. He is also a certified property valuer by the Greek Ministry of Finance.

He has been nominated as the Chairman of Valuation Forum RICS in Greece since March 2019.
