Dimand’s tax compliance report resulted in a conclusion without reservation for the fiscal year 2021

“DIMAND Societe Anonyme – Development and Exploitation of Real Estate and Constructions, Services and Holding”, pursuant to the provisions of section 4.1.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, informs the public that following the completion of the special tax audit, in accordance with the provisions of article 65A of Law 4174/2013, as in force, which was conducted by the Company’s statutory independent certified auditors for the fiscal year 2021, a tax compliance report was issued with a conclusion without reservation. 

A tax compliance report with a conclusion without reservation for the fiscal year 2021 was also issued for the Company’s subsidiaries, PIRAEUS REGENERATION 138 S.M.S.A., RANDOM S.M.S.A., TERRA ATTIVA Μ.Α.Ε., BOZONIO S.M.S.A, HUB 204 S.M.S.A., IQ ATHENS S.M.S.A and PERDIM S.M.S.A..
