The sale price reached 715.000,00€. The property was purchased during April 2018 for 550.000€, attracting cumulative goodwill to the Company with total amount 165.000€ (30%) in contrast with the purchase price. In 31 December of 2019 the fair value of the property, as it was valued at Company’s books, was 705.000€ based on reports of External Certified Valuers.
