Public tender offers for the first five Special Urban Plans

The tenders are concluding the first stage for the largest urban reform plan that is being deployed in the country, which is part of the Reconstruction Fund, with a total budget of € 401.05 million.

The plan is comprising the redevelopment of more than 70% of the Greek territory aiming to put order in the area in a coordinated manner and with legal certainty, with the institutional shielding by the Council of State and the issuance of the respective Presidential Decrees.

The Technical Chamber of Greece, as a contracting authority by the Ministry of Environment and Energy which is also the project’s operator, declared the offers that refere in particular to the following five Special Urban Plans:

1. Municipality of Minoa Pediados

2. Municipality of Thira

3. Municipality of Myconos

4. Region of Elia (Municipalities of Pyrgos and Elidas)

5. Municipality of Korinth and Municipality of Loutraki-Perachoras-Agion Theodoron
