Trastor purchases an office property in Marousi

The bid offered for this property was €2,351,000.

All required formalities for the conclusion of the above acquisition are expected to be completed in due course. 

Mr. Tassos Kazinos, Chief Executive Officer of Trastor R.E.I.C., made the following statement:

“We are very pleased about our successful acquisition of another property in Paradeisos Amarousiou. Our new investment is adjacent to another land plot acquired by the Company in 2021. These two plots shall be combined to create a unique prime-office development project, adhering to sustainability principles.
