Arrow Capital Partners acquires light industrial portfolio in Germany

The vendor was a private investor.

Located in the North East of Germany along the strategically important A4 highway that runs between the east and the west of the country, the A4 portfolio comprises three assets totalling 12,000 sqm of predominantly light industrial and some office space.

The assets, Ottendorf-Okrilla, Glauchau (Zwickau) and Erfurt, are all single-let properties, two of which are occupied by the same logistics service provider, Emons, and the other by an automotive supplier.
