Antirion acquires Pirelli’s headquarters in Milan

The asset is located in the heart of the Bicocca district area, one of Milan’s first and most significant examples of urban regeneration, and among the most well-established business districts in the city.

The building, known as HQ2 and fully let to Pirelli Tyre, has a total gross area of 28,000sqm and is the main access point to the wider Pirelli Campus. 

It is BREEAM – ‘Very Good’ certified and features large and modern office spaces encouraging collaboration and interaction thanks to an internal garden connected to the other buildings on the Campus.
