Dimitris Panayi takes over as CFO of Trade Estates

Trade Estates REIC has appointed Dimitris Panayi as Chief Financial Officer, effective February 18, 2026, reinforcing its leadership team with a senior executive bringing many years of international experience in investment and real estate asset management.
Mr. Panayi brings 24 years of professional experience across the Greek, European, and United States markets. Prior to joining Trade Estates, he served as CFO at Noval Property, while from 2009 to 2023 he held the position of CFO at Zeus Capital Management.
Earlier in his career, he worked in New York in the Private Equity Finance division of Lehman Brothers and also served as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at Deloitte.
Academically, he holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting from Rutgers University and an MBA from Manchester Business School.
His appointment forms part of Trade Estates’ continued growth strategy and the strengthening of its financial leadership at a time of expanding investment opportunities in the commercial real estate sector.
