AVAX expands partnership with Anatolia through new campus building contract

ETETh S.A., a subsidiary of the AVAX Group, has signed a new agreement with the Anatolia American College educational organization for the construction of the new academic building titled “ANATOLIA AMERICAN UNIVERSITY BUILDING X”, further strengthening the long-standing cooperation between the two organizations.
The new project involves the construction of a three-storey building with a total surface area of 4,500 square metres, to be developed within the Anatolia academic campus in Thessaloniki.
Designed by PILA studio, the building will include modern classrooms, laboratories, an auditorium, and multifunctional spaces, with the aim of upgrading educational facilities and creating an environment that supports teaching, research, and collaborative learning.
The new contract represents the sixth project entrusted by the Anatolia American College to the AVAX Group, reaffirming the long-standing partnership and mutual trust between the two organizations.
The history of this collaboration includes the construction of the Anatolia Elementary School Campus, West Hall, the restoration of the historic Compton Hall combined with the Kassandra Center for Educational Excellence / IBDP Building, the construction of the Pinewood American International School, as well as the renovation of the Riggs Hall and White Hall buildings of Anatolia Middle School.
