The “Investor Information Line” project of the Ministry of Development has entered its fourth implementation phase, according to a decision issued by the General Secretariat for Private Investments, which imposes a contractual penalty on the contractor due to the late submission of the deliverables for this specific phase.

Specifically, according to the decision published on the Greek government transparency platform “Diavgeia,” the contractor submitted the deliverables for the fourth phase on 29 May 2026, while the contractual deadline had expired on 31 December 2025, without an extension of the contract having been approved.

For this reason, the Ministry of Development imposed a contractual penalty amounting to €6,760.74, in accordance with the provisions of Article 218 of Law 4412/2016, which stipulate sanctions in cases of delayed fulfilment of contractual obligations.

The decision also indicates that the project remains ongoing and has progressed to its fourth implementation phase. The “Investor Information Line” involves the development of an information system and call centre aimed at supporting and providing information to investors as part of the services offered by the Ministry of Development.
