After the bankruptcy of the company and in the context of a public bidding competition organized by Ethniki Leasing, the property passed to Trastor, which bid, offering the amount of € 25,000,000.

Thepurchasewas financed through a lease agreement between Trastor and Ethniki Leasing.

The five-storey building plus the ground floor and 5,082 sq.m. of basements that are developed on three levels, has a total area of ​​14,957 sq.m.

Constructions are expected to be completed in November.
