The property was included in the investment scheme “PANTERRA REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT AND EXPLOINATION SOCIETE ANONYME” (Prodea 49% Dimand 51%) with a price of € 10 million, under the agreement for the sale of a portfolio of 21 properties in Athens and Cyprus in 2018 in Cyprus and Cyprus.
The investment scheme proceeded to the development of a modern bioclimatic complex of offices of high standards with a total superstructure area of 16,000 sqm with 13,000 sqm parking spaces. The architectural design was undertaken by the internationally renowned architectural firm Bennetts Associates and the Diversity architects and it has been constructed in such a way that in its completion it is certified according to LEED Gold.
Generali Hellas aims to use this space as the future headquarters of the company when it will be transferred there from the current offices of Elias Iliou.
The building will house all the work of the insurance group.
