The new street plan for Assyrmatos area in Agios Demetrios Municipality

Currently, the area is publicly used and it is known as “Assyrmatos”. The use of the area has been granted in its entirety, to the Municipality of Agios Dimitrios.

The new street plan envisages the abolition of the existing road lines and the definition of a single road line, the abolition of the building contour of the refreshment room and the definition of building contours in five public utility buildings as follows:

1. Exhibition area
2. Museum premises
3. 5×5 court
4. Road safety education park
5. Cubicles for a 9×9 court

All the aforementioned properties are subjected to the building standards below:

1. building coefficient 0,035
2. maximum coverage rate 5%
3. maximum heigh of properties 7,50meters
4. maximum number of floors 2
