BoG: entral government cash balance recorded a deficit in October 2021

In January-October 2021, the central government cash balance recorded a deficit of €12,528 million, compared to a deficit of €14,911 million in the same period of 2020. 

During this period, ordinary budget revenue amounted to €37,524 million, compared to €34,604 million in the corresponding period of last year. 

Ordinary budget expenditure amounted to €50,711 million, from €47,646 million in January-October 2020.
