The auction with Intrum in a hurry for a debt of € 200,000 and a first bid price of € 985,000 “froze” after the owner requested an increase in the starting price, claiming that the real commercial value of the property amounts to € 1,800,000. Thus, finally on January 3, 2022, the Single Member Court of First Instance of Athens finally decided to increase the price to € 1,110,000.

According to the data of the auction, this is a plot of land, even and buildable, on which a two-storey building with a basement and a roof has been erected. The basement has an area of ​​267.45 sq.m., the ground floor 234.84 sq.m. and consists of entrance, hall, living room, fireplace, dining room, kitchen, dining area etc. The first floor has an area of ​​161.27 sq.m. and consists of three dormitories, hall and two bathrooms, while the roof is 20.63 sq.m. All floors of the building are a single functional house and are connected by an elevator and an internal staircase.

The new owner of the property is, according to information, 33-year-old Angela Spanopoulou, a businessman who is active in the field of shipping since her family has the Spanopoulos Group of companies.
