South Polis Mall is up for sale

In particular the bank offloads a 100% stake in AEP Attikis II S.A. firm.

The company owns the land that spans 16.848sqm of the so called Falirikon Delta in the margins of the Palaio Faliro municipality, a14.573sqm plot, a total of 738 parking spaces, the horizontal ownership on the third floor of the fourth building in the complex II that is also comprised in the same land plot of 910.000sqm total surface.

The book value of the properties as of December, 31 2018 is €22million.

Alpha Bank is also disposing off a couple of properties in Halandri suburb of Athens. The total net book value of the portfolio reaches €23,8million.

Non-binding bids on the portfolio are expected not later than the 25th of October while binding offer shall be submitted by the end of this November.
