More specifically, the property is located at the 1st kilometer of the Sindos–Chalastra provincial road and has a total surface area of 24,703 sq.m. The transaction was completed through the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the Group’s subsidiary company, “ADAM LOGISTICS Single-Member S.A.,” with the buyer being “DEDEMAN HELLAS S.A.” (formerly “PRAKTIKER HELLAS S.A.”).
As noted, the property was transferred without an active lease, although until recently it had been leased to the company SEAGULL.
The property was valued at €15.85 million as of 31 December 2025, indicating that the sale was concluded at a price above its book value.
Out of the total consideration, €9.90 million will be allocated to the repayment of loan obligations, while the remaining amount will be directed toward the implementation of the company’s investment plan.
This transaction forms part of Premia Properties’ strategy for the active management of its real estate portfolio and the reallocation of capital toward investments with higher return prospects.
