The new Radisson Hotel & Suites Zurich is located in the Glattpark district of Opfikon, a new development in the Zurich metropolitan area.

The aim is to become a pole of attraction for clients from the Balkans as well as European citizens.

The Casa Cook and Cook’s Club brands feature 16 franchised properties across prime sun and beach locations in the Mediterranean and Red Sea.

the project is located at "Xyloftes-Schinias-Tholos Kavousiou" in the municipality of Ierapetra Lasithi.

The investment comprises a 5-star hotel with 123 rooms and suites, as well as 17 branded luxury residences / apartments.

This is the company's third investment in the Greek hotel market.

The hotel is set to become the first DoubleTree by Hilton in Berlin, following an extensive multi-million euro remodelling.

It should be noted that this is the second 5-star resort of Brown Hotels in Greece - after Isla Brown Corinthia which started its operation last year in the Spring.
