“Lamda Smart Living” will provide services to development companies, property owners, tenants, and users of residential, commercial, and professional real estate, as well as offer services to consumers with a focus on daily living, lifestyle management, and smart city solutions.
Specifically, the new company will offer services in the management and administration of residential properties, housing complexes, and organized residential communities; facility management services for the development, management, and commercial exploitation of sports properties, facilities, and related infrastructure; lifestyle services; facilitation and daily support for residents, tenants, and consumers; operational and financial management services for leased properties; development and provision of digital services and smart city solutions; and, finally, management of parking spaces.
The new company has a share capital of €24 million, and it is headed by Dimitris Karastogiannis, the current Chief Business Development Officer of Lamda Development.
