Lamda disposes of plots for housing developments

LAMDA Development announced the sale of two plots located on adjacent lots in the area where the casino is being developed.

Specifically, on February 2, the company accepted an offer from NELLENCO S.M.S.A., a subsidiary of TEN Brinke Hellas.

The two plots are located in the “A-P2” Urban Development Zone and have a combined maximum allowable buildable area of approximately 15,700 square meters. Specifically, Plot OT A-P2 17 covers approximately 13,249 sqm, and Plot OT A-P2 18 covers approximately 7,648.21 sqm. The total consideration for the transaction amounts to approximately €41.5 million, corresponding to an average price of €2,650 per square meter of buildable area.

This marks TEN Brinke’s second investment in the Ellinikon area, following the acquisition of plots in the “A-P3” Urban Development Zone (near the Commercial Hub and The Ellinikon Mall) about two years ago, where the average price reached €2,100 per square meter of buildable area.

According to the company’s announcement, the completion of the transaction remains subject to the execution and signing of the relevant contractual documents.
