AADE inks MoU with Motor Oil and Helleniq Energy

A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed today between Giorgos Pitsilis, Governor of the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE), and representatives of HELLENiQ ENERGY (Hellenic Petroleum) and MOTOR OIL GREECE. The agreement aims to institutionalize the collaboration between the public and private sectors in addressing the management of confiscated energy products, in compliance with Article 57 of Law 5100/2024.
