AKTOR Group’s capital increase oversubscribed

Specifically, the Company hereby informed the investment community that, during the capital increase process, and following the completion of the exercise of pre-emption and pre-registration rights, the capital increase, aimed at raising a total amount of €200,000,998.80, was oversubscribed, with total demand amounting to €225,456,546.80. Furthermore, as a result of the exercise of pre-emption and pre-registration rights, no shares remain unsubscribed.

The Company will provide further detailed information to the investment community in accordance with the timeline outlined in the relevant Prospectus, and subsequent to the certification of the capital increase payment, regarding the precise demand and allocation of the raised capital.
