The value of the Company’s properties increased by € 5,8 million or 4,3% against 31.12.2022 (€ 136 million). This increase is due to € 3,5 million in investments made by the Company mainly in the logistics sector and by € 2,3 million to real estate value adjustments.
Real estate revaluation gains were mainly seen in the logistics and hotel sectors, where BriQ has been steadily investing over the past four years.
