Four investors have expressed interest to purchase a 20% stake in IPTO’s Ariadni Interconnection subsidiary

According to the company, the investors who submitted an expression of interest are:

1) Consortium of the companies Macquarie Super Core Infrastructure Fund SCSp, and Phaethon Holdings Single Member S/A

2) GEK TERNA S.A.

3) Terna SpA

4) StateGrid International Development Belgium Limited.

Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO) SA will evaluate the submitted expressions of interest within the month of October.

The selected investors will then be invited to submit their binding offers for the next phase of the submission of Binding Offers (Phase B). 

Binding offers are expected to be submitted by the end of January 2023.
