Greek government launches scheme for the preservation of public onwed properties

According to the call there will be available financing for interventions in listed public buildings owned owned and used by Central Government Public Bodies and/or monuments or historical buildings within historical places and traditional settlements.

A common characteristic of the reference buildings is their high carbon footprint and at the same time their great architectural value as a preservation.

Within the framework of the issued invitation, budget operations of €70,000,000 can be included and it concerns renovation and functional reintegration projects of State buildings with great architectural value that have been classified as preserved, but at the same time, have a high carbon footprint.

The program concerns renovation and functional reintegration projects of buildings (large public buildings, central administration buildings, town halls, hospitals, etc.) and the interventions will aim at at least a medium-scale renovation and/or at least a 30% reduction in gas emissions greenhouse.

Application submission period

The proposals are submitted through OPS at the online address http://logon.ops.gr from 05/9/2024, at 08:00 until, exclusively, on 05/9/2026, at 15:00, by the legal representative of the Beneficiary.
