H. K. Tegopoulos’ industrial property based in Koropi will be auctioned this fall

The auction, that will be processed electronically through an e-auction, was set for November 2, 2022.

The family’s property is estimated to attract a lot of interest due to its location within the industrial zone, to the point where several investment activities have been developing recently.

The asset has a total area of ​​42,097 sq.m. which has come from the amalgamation of several plots that the company had acquired in parts and is even and buildable. It includes, among others, a three-story industrial building (press building), an energy building, a ground-floor industrial building and a two-story industrial shipyard building.
