Hilton reports RevPar at $121,40 in the third quarter of 2024

Specifically, revenue during the review period reached $2.87 billion versus analysts’ estimates of $2.91 billion (a 1.3% loss) with earnings per share coming in at $1.92 versus market estimates of $1.84.

EBITDA earnings came in at $904 million versus analysts’ estimates of $887.1 million with EBITDA margin at 31.5%, in line with the same quarter last year.

Management reiterated its estimate for adjusted earnings per share in 2024 to $6.98.

Finally, revenue per available room (RevPAR) was $121.40 at the end of the quarter, in line with the same quarter last year.
