Masoutis S.A. acquires Kritikos super market chain

In particular, a non-binding letter of intent has been announced between the managements of Diamantis Masoutis S.A. and ANEDIK Kritis for the acquisition of 100% of the ANEDIK Kritis chain by Diamantis Masoutis S.A.

The necessary process of legal and financial due diligence is expected to be completed in the coming months, and the intended transaction will be subject to the necessary prior approvals from the relevant regulatory authorities.
