Premia Properties acquires office building in Thessaloniki

Premia Properties («PREMIA») announced that on 29.01.2025 acquired 100% of the shares of the company Moudros S.A., which is the owner of a stand-alone office building with a total surface of 3.150 sqm located at 6 Limnou str. in Thessaloniki with the property acquisition price amounting to € 7,585 thsd. 

The property is fully let to the «Hellenic Cadastre» with a lease term from 2022 till 2034 and an annualized rental income that amounts to € 558 thsd. 

Mr Elias Georgiadis, Chairman of the BoD of PREMIA made the following statement: «We are very pleased that PREMIA completed yet another important transaction, enhancing its portfolio with a high-quality social infrastructure building.».
