SPACES HQ in Athens to be housed in a DKG Development’s office

The property was included in the real estate management portfolio of DKG Development, after a competitive long-term lease process of the Municipality of Argyroupoli – Ellinikon.

The 25-year lease includes the complete conversion of the building into LEED-certified office spaces with the architectural study prepared by Dimitrios Thomopoulos’ office.

It is a ground-up renovation that DKG Development is already implementing with a focus on energy and environmental performance, the use of sustainable and recyclable materials and the quality of the internal environment.

The property has direct access to central roads and a Metro stop, and includes two superstructure floors, a basement and a roof with a total area of ​​3,926 sq.m.

According to Mr. Konstantinos Petridis, CEO of DKG Development, the collaboration with IWG is part of the company’s general strategy for collaborations with important international groups in all the properties of its portfolio, whether owned by us or through lease as in this case.

The reconstruction is expected to be completed in 2025.
