The hotel is situated on a prominent site at 10/11 Lange Vijverberg and has been bought by an international private investment vehicle.

The historic building, which was converted from an office into a hotel in 2018, spans approximately 6,500 sq m across six levels. The hotel is operated by Borealis Group and features 101 spacious rooms, each equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and ranging in size from 25 sq m to 40 sq m.

It offers a range of facilities including a gym, a lounge, meeting rooms, a laundry room and a restaurant. It also features 37 underground parking spaces.

Savills commercially advised the seller during the transaction. The process was legally assisted by Loyens & Loeff (seller) and Van Campen Liem (buyer). Technical advice was provided by INEXS Projectmanagement.
