From simple renovations, to repurpose and energy upgrading, there are community funds and government subsidies available that can – potentially – change apart from the property itself, living conditions on a neighborhood and even on city scale as well. 

RED, in collaboration with the Greek department of RICS, is carrying out a research in an effort to identify those points that make it possible to create value from “nothing”.

The results will be unveiled during the 16 RE+D Meeting Point,

that will be held on May 3 and 4 at the Athens Conservatoire under the auspices of the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) and the EBRD.
