The ENFIA tax assessments for 2025 have been officially unveiled

According to the new schedule from the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE), the tax can now be paid in 12 monthly installments instead of 11, with the deadline for the first payment at the end of March and the final payment due on February 28, 2026.

A total of 7,154,900 tax assessments were issued, with 6,164,976 taxpayers receiving tax certificates, amounting to a total assessed value of €2,303,434,782.16.

Additionally, a property tax (ENFIA) discount was granted to 359,494 beneficiaries for 502,597 properties, totaling €21,083,226.

Tax Assessment Property owners who have downloaded the myAADEapp will receive a notification from AADE once their tax notice is available. Others can access their assessment on the AADE digital portal (myAADE) using their Taxisnet credentials by following these steps:

1. Visit the myAADE homepage.
2. Select “Applications” / “Popular Applications” / “E9/ENFIA Declaration.”
3. Log in to the ENFIA and E9 page using your Taxisnet credentials.
4. Select the ENFIA 2025 tax assessment.
