Wyndham Group declares 6% jump in sales in 2024

According to the company, earnings were $1.04 per share, 5% above analysts’ estimates. Adjusted EBITDA amounted to $168 million, compared to analysts’ estimates of $167 million.

Adjusted earnings per share for 2025 are estimated at $4.72. The revenue per available room (RevPAR) was $40.01 at the end of the quarter, marking a 2.9% year-on-year increase.

Over the past five years, Wyndham’s demand has been weak, and its revenue has decreased by 7.3% year-on-year.
