Dika Agapitidou is the Founder and Director of Athens Economics Ltd – JLL Alliance Partner, set up in 1993. She is a Member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), a founding member of the Greek branch of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centres) and a member of ELIE (Hellenic Valuation Institute). Her background is in Economics, Planning & Econometrics and she has been professionally involved in commercial real estate since 1988, when she was appointed Head of Forecasting at Jones Lang Wootton in London. Prior to that, she worked as a consultant for the Greek government (Home Office), international organisations (EU & OECD), and academic establishments (LSE) in Athens, Brussels, Paris, and London. In her present role as director of Athens Economics Ltd – JLL Alliance Partner, and together with trusted colleagues from a multidisciplinary background, she provides commercial real estate and economic research/advice as well as valuation and agency services to domestic business and multinationals. Athens Economics was the 2019-20 European Property Awards winner for Commercial Property Consultancy & Agency. Moreover, since 2004 she is the Greek Branch Representative of Jones Lang LaSalle Services Ltd which provides facilities management to multinational HQs located in Greece. She is the co-author of one book (IOVE, 1995), has written numerous articles, which have appeared in Greek and English newspapers and specialist periodicals and is a frequent panelist in real estate conferences and seminars in Greece and abroad. Dika speaks English, French, and Spanish, is married and a mother of three.

Mr. Dimitris Andritsos is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cerved Property Services. He held the same position in Eurobank Property Services SA from 2008 to 2018. He has served as Head of Advisory Services in the Real Estate sector of Eurobank from 2001. He has also worked at Eurobank Leasing where he held the position of Credit & Marketing Manager(1998-2000), while in 1994-1998 he worked for Bank of Cyprus, where he held the position of Senior Officer at Corporate Lending Division. He studied in Greece and Great Britain and holds a degree from Athens University of Economics and MSc from the University of Wales (Banking & Finance).He also holds a PhD from Technical University of Crete.

He demonstrates significant experience in Portfolio Management, Investment Management, Management Consulting, and Structure Finance with over 20-year experience in the field of Real Estate. 

Mr. Andritsos had been Vice President of the Greek charter of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and member of the Advisory Board of ULI (Urban Land Institute) for Greece & Cyprus. He is also member of Association of Greek Valuers (A.VA.G) and Certified Valuer of the Ministry of Finance.

Errikos is the Chief Executive of Hellenic Properties, a real estate investment company targeting value-based opportunities in Greece, currently managing over €65 million in assets. He has extensive experience in greenfield and brownfield real estate development projects, across sectors and regions.

He has served as CEO of the Arones family office for more than 20 years, focusing primarily on real estate, private equity and venture capital investments.

Errikos holds a B.Sc. in Management from the University of Indianapolis, an Advanced Management Development Programme (AMDP) in Real Estate Development from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and has completed the Real Estate Executive Course at Harvard Business School.

He holds several board positions, including at ULI Greece & Cyprus Residential Council, the Jewish Museum of Greece and The Peoples Trust, a non-profit relieving unemployment through entrepreneurship.

Georgios Bakos has more than 30 years of work experience in C Level positions in Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary and Cyprus.

Mr. Delikanakis is a real estate entrepreneur with a successful track record in Europe and in the USA. In 2021 he co-founded Southrock Asset Management, an asset and investment management firm with a focus on real estate investments in Greece and in the CEE. In 2004 he had co-founded Bluehouse Capital, an independent private equity real estate investment management firm with approximately €500m under management. Prior to founding Bluehouse, Mr. Delikanakis was the Executive Vice Chairman of the BoD of NYSE-listed Technical Olympic USA Inc, a diversified homebuilder delivering in excess of 7,000 single family homes annually. Yianna Hormova is an administrative scientist and public policy expert. She is a graduate of the National School of Public Administration and of the School of Philosophy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Degree in Archeology and Art History).

She holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master's Degree in Museum Organization and Management from the University of Leicester.

Mrs Hormova is a civil servant since 2010 and before her appointment as Deputy Governor of Public Employment Service (DYPA), she was Head of Office of the Deputy Minister of Digital Governance (2019-2021) and Secretary General for Demography and Family Policy and Gender Equality (2021-2022).

From 2014 to 2019 Mrs Hormova was Secretary General at the Municipality of Karpenisi. She was a Parliamentary Associate to a member of the Greek Parliament for five years (2002-2007) and an associate to the Secretary General for Gender Equality during 2009.

Mrs Hormova speaks English and Italian and she has published studies and articles in scientific journals.

Olga Itsiou is the Chief Operating Officer of DIMAND S.A. She is responsible for all projects of the DIMAND Group, having played an essential role in the company’s growth so far, and she goes on. Mrs. Ellie Kakoullou serves as Assistant General Manager, Head of Group Real Estate at the National Bank of Greece since 2019, overseeing the Bank’s real estate management, investment and commercialization activities in addition to group real estate appraisal and technical services.

She started her career in the banking sector at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, in the Bank Supervision Group. Upon her return to Greece, she joined KPMG as a Senior Consultant and then moved to National Westminster Bank in Athens where she was responsible for public sector lending and sovereign debt for 5 years. From there she joined Alpha Bank and held several positions of increasing seniority throughout her 18 years at the Bank, starting in Corporate Banking, moving on to the establishment of the Bank’s Project Finance unit and becoming Head of Structured Finance in 2014, with a primary focus on real estate, energy and infrastructure lending and investments. From 2018 to 2019, she served as Executive Director and Board Member of the Hellenic Public Properties Company. In 2019 she joined the National Bank of Greece.

Mrs. Kakoullou holds a Master’s Degree in International Finance and Banking from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Columbia College.

Panagiotis Kapetanakos is the Chief Executive Officer of Noval Property, the 2^nd largest Real Estate Investment Company in Greece with total assets of €568m. Noval Property is a subsidiary of Viohalco. Prior to his current position he was co-CEO and CFO of the GBP 1.2 bn and 75,000 m² GBA acquisition and redevelopment of the Old War Office grade 2* listed building in London from office into mixed use, comprising the first Raffles hotel in London (with a 125-rooms capacity, F&B, spa and other amenities) and 85 Raffles branded residential apartments. Previously he was Chief Investment Officer & Head of Asset Management of NBG Pangaea (now Prodea Investments) in Athens; Manager at Piraeus Real Estate / Piraeus Bank Group in Athens; Director at Mizuho Corporate Advisory in Athens and Vice President, Business Development in the Hinduja Group in London. Panagiotis Kapetanakos holds an MBA from the Management School of Imperial College in London and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.

Thanassis Karagiannis is the Chief Investment Officer of PRODEA Investments since June 2020 as well as an executive member of the Board of Directors and member of the Investment Committee and possesses significant pan-European experience in investment activities and the real estate market. Before joining PRODEA Investments, Mr Karagiannis was part of Invel Real Estate, where he joined in March 2014, after more than 6 years of experience with Deutsche Bank Asset Management. He started his career in the hospitality sector. Mr Karagiannis holds a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Economic Sciences from the University of Athens, an MBA Degree from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Corporate Real Estate Strategy from Cass Business School.

Dr. Aristotelis Karytinos is the Chief Executive Officer of NBG Pangaea REIC a leading real estate investment company in the region with assets of € 1.7 bn in Greece, Italy and SEE. He possesses long standing experience in investment and banking through key positions both in the public and the private sectors. His experience spans over the retail and corporate lines of business, having set up one of the most successful private mortgage lending units in Greece as well as a significant number of investment and service providing companies in the real estate sector, both in Greece and Central and Southeastern Europe. Prior to his current position Dr. Karytinos was for 6 years the General Manager - Real Estate of the National Bank of Greece Group. Before joining the NBG Group, he held senior positions within Eurobank EFG Group, including Head of Group Real Estate, Head of Mortgage Lending and CEO of Eurobank Properties REIC, a company which he led into a successful IPO in 2006 and a subsequent rights issue in 2007, raising in total approximately €450 m. Vassilis Maglaras is CEO of Thriasio Logistics Center and Director of Strategic Investments at Goldair Group. Ioannis holds an MBA from ESCP Europe in Paris and an MSc in Construction Economics & Management from UCL. He studied Civil Engineering in NTUA.

Mr. Antonis Panagopoulos is the Vice President and CEO of Piraeus Europe Asia Rail Logistics S.M.S.A (PEARL S.M.S.A), a railway company based in Piraeus. He is a Civil, a Rural and Surveying Engineer, and he also holds an MBA.

He has over 30 years of experience in public - municipal projects and private projects.

In 2015, he founded Piraeus Europe Asia Rail Logistics Ltd (PEARL Ltd) based in London and parent company of the PEARL Group which in May 2020, entered the COSCO Shipping Group.

Papageorgiou Konstantinos is co-owner and general manager of PTL and was elected vice-president of EEL. Also, he is PhD candidate at the University of Piraeus with a focus on intermodal / combined transport and sustainability. He is passionate about supply chain and transportation development and holds degrees from Cambridge University in Sustainable Supply Chain and Yale University in Business Ethics. He is also studying supply chain and transportation at MIT. He has been awarded as a top manager in 2021 by the IRU and emphasizes green transport having invested in alternative fuel CNG as one of the few transport companies in Greece. He has calculated the carbon footprint of his company, has participated in research programs such as E-CMR and E-CALL.

Krysta Petropoulou has over 20 years of experience in asset management, workspace management, sales, real estate consulting, valuation and project management.

Starting from senior real estate consulting positions at PwC, to becoming an Associate at Dolphin Capital Partners, Krysta has joined OTE Estate in 2010, currently holding the position of Asset Management Director and mainly responsible for OTE Group’s own portfolio optimization, asset development planning and commercial strategy, as well as for maintaining and increasing revenues from owned assets, reducing vacancy rate and maximize asset value.

She is also leading the workspace management unit and the valuation unit.

With her extensive skills in multi-disciplinary teams on major sustainable projects, she has participated in all decision-making processes regarding key exploitation plans in prominent commercial projects. 

Krysta has been greatly involved in the design and implementation of LEED and WELL certifications at large–scale projects in OTE Group with an emphasis on the current vast refurbishment of OTE Headquarters in Maroussi.

She is a graduate of The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) holding a MSc in City Design and Social Science, following a BSc in Urban Planning and Regional Development from the University of Thessaly.

She is a member of the Advisory Board of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Greece. 

Mr. P. Sarantopoulos holds the position of the Director of Asset Management & Development at Alpha Astika Akinita S.A. (listed in ATHEX), since 01/06/2022.  

Mr. Sarantopoulos joined Alpha Bank Group in 2018, when he was appointed at Real Estate Management & Investments SA, a subsidiary of the Group responsible for Real Estate Owned (REO) management. 

Prior to that, he worked with the ATESE Group of Companies since 2002 as a Project Management Executive, involving with PPPs, private equity developments and Public works.

He is a chartered surveyor (MRICS) and Member of the Greek Advisory Board of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) since 2016.  

Mr. Sarantopoulos holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the NTUA (National Technical University of Athens), an interdepartmental MBA from Piraeus University and NTUA and a postgraduate Diploma in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Heriot-Watt University of Edinburg.

Chris Stratos is the CEO of Resolute Hellas. He supports business development across the organization and works closely with partners and senior staff on delivering solutions to clients.

Chris is a strategy and finance consultant with over 25 years’ experience in international finance and banking, and was recently involved in various leadership positions at the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund, as non-executive Member of the General Council as well as Chief Executive Officer, where he oversaw the recapitalization and restructuring of the Greek banking sector.

Chris was previously Partner at the Santander Infrastructure Fund (private equity), and prior to that he was Managing Director at Credit Agricole CIB in London, where he structured and led numerous large scale asset-based financings and loan restructurings in all 5 continents.

Chris holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University in the USA, and an MBA from INSEAD in France.

George is a Manager at EY Greece, leading the Real Estate practice in the Strategy and Transactions (SaT) service line. He has extensive experience in property valuations, feasibility studies and other advisory real estate projects (e.g. market research, commercial DD). He has also worked in challenging projects related to business plan preparation and business valuations of real estate and hospitality related entities. Prior to EY he has worked as a valuer and investment advisor for Savills Hellas, while he has also served as head of market research for the same company.

He holds an MA in Economics from the University of Glasgow, an MSc in Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and an MBA from the Alba Graduate Business School. He is a chartered valuation surveyor, accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Dimitris leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio & Location Strategy practice across EMEA, advising corporates on where in the world, where in the city to locate their operations, and on how to optimise their real estate footprint from talent, real estate and business strategy perspective.

Dimitris draws from 15 years of experience in strategy consulting leading large scale consulting engagements for corporate and private equity clients on location advisory, real estate portfolio planning, go-to-market and operations strategy as well as commercial due diligence across Europe, US and Asia. He has led thought leadership on real estate trends, location strategy & future of workplace, published in global journals such as the Corporate Real Estate Journal and RIBA press.

Dimitris studied architecture at Aristotle University, holds an MSc in urban design from Columbia University and an MBA from HKUST. He is currently based in London and in the past, he lived and worked in New York, Hong Kong, Beijing, Zurich and Greece.

Ioannis in a Managing Partner at Livewise. He is a real estate investment and asset management executive with experience in cross-border investments in Greece, the US, and in the CEE region. Before Livewise, Ioannis has co-headed the investment management function at Bluehouse Capital, where he executed complex property investment transactions in excess of EUR 500mln including office developments in Bucharest, corporate restructurings, and several JV partnerships on behalf of institutional investors, family offices, banks and pension funds. Ioannis holds a Master of Science in Real Estate - International Real Estate Markets from New York University and a Bachelor Degree in International and European Economic Studies from Athens University of Economics and Business. He is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and chairs the Advisory Board of RICS in Greece.

Ioannis’ academic studies include a BEng in Land Surveying from The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (GR), a Diploma in Surveying from The College of Estate Management - The University of Reading (UK) and a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSc in Real Estate) from The University of Reading (UK). Currently, he is a PhD candidate at Panteion University of Athens (GR).

His working experience is exclusively related to the sector of real estate. Ioannis worked with DTZ in England (London City office) and Greece (Athens office) as a property valuer, McDonald's Hellas and Goody's as Director of property development, SISIM spa Italy as delegate of the Greek market and GAIAOSE (Greek Railways) as a property development consultant. He founded GEOAXIS at 2006. GEOAXIS is the 1^st registered valuation firm in Greece.

His experience in real estate covers a wide range of expertise from property valuation and feasibility studies to development studies, marketing and negotiations.

He is currently a Member of The Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE), The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as a fellow-FRICS, The European Real Estate Society (ERES) and The Greek Institute of Valuation. He is also a certified property valuer by the Greek Ministry of Finance.

He has been nominated as the Chairman of Valuation Forum RICS in Greece since March 2019.

Mr. Zavvos is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Zeus Group of companies operating in CEE, SEE and the USA.

He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Orilina Properties, a real estate investment company (REIC) investing in Greece.

He is also the President of the Harvard Business School Club of Greece.

Mr. Zavvos is the Chairman of the Board of SolidarityNow Foundation which supports immigrants and society groups that are the hardest hit by the economic crisis in Greece.

In addition, he is a Member of the European Council on Foreign Relations and International Crisis Group.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a MSc in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of Athens.
