Dika Agapitidou is the Founder and Director of Athens Economics Ltd – JLL Alliance Partner, set up in 1993. She is a Member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), a founding member of the Greek branch of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centres) and a member of ELIE (Hellenic Valuation Institute). Her background is in Economics, Planning & Econometrics and she has been professionally involved in commercial real estate since 1988, when she was appointed Head of Forecasting at Jones Lang Wootton in London. Prior to that, she worked as a consultant for the Greek government (Home Office), international organisations (EU & OECD), and academic establishments (LSE) in Athens, Brussels, Paris, and London. In her present role as director of Athens Economics Ltd – JLL Alliance Partner, and together with trusted colleagues from a multidisciplinary background, she provides commercial real estate and economic research/advice as well as valuation and agency services to domestic business and multinationals. Athens Economics was the 2019-20 European Property Awards winner for Commercial Property Consultancy & Agency. Moreover, since 2004 she is the Greek Branch Representative of Jones Lang LaSalle Services Ltd which provides facilities management to multinational HQs located in Greece. She is the co-author of one book (IOVE, 1995), has written numerous articles, which have appeared in Greek and English newspapers and specialist periodicals and is a frequent panelist in real estate conferences and seminars in Greece and abroad. Mr. Dimitris Andritsos is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cerved Property Services. He held the same position in Eurobank Property Services SA from 2008 to 2018. He has served as Head of Advisory Services in the Real Estate sector of Eurobank from 2001. He has also worked at Eurobank Leasing where he held the position of Credit & Marketing Manager(1998-2000), while in 1994-1998 he worked for Bank of Cyprus, where he held the position of Senior Officer at Corporate Lending Division. He studied in Greece and Great Britain and holds a degree from Athens University of Economics and MSc from the University of Wales (Banking & Finance).He also holds a PhD from Technical University of Crete.

He demonstrates significant experience in Portfolio Management, Investment Management, Management Consulting, and Structure Finance with over 20-year experience in the field of Real Estate. 

Mr. Andritsos had been Vice President of the Greek charter of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and member of the Advisory Board of ULI (Urban Land Institute) for Greece & Cyprus. He is also member of Association of Greek Valuers (A.VA.G) and Certified Valuer of the Ministry of Finance.

Paul Bagust is Head of Property Standards at RICS responsible for creating new standards, best practice and thought leadership on all property related matters with a specific focus on facility management and corporate real estate. Over the years, Paul has contributed to the discourse around workplace productivity, AI, the impact of emerging technology on the sector and he frequently represents the profession as government liaison at leading industry events.

Anastasios Chomenidis is a N.T.U.A. Civil Engineer graduate and owns a PhD from the ECOLE NATIONALE DES PONTS ET CHAUSSEES Paris France.

Being a Senior and Managing Director of contracting companies, from 1983 till 1999, Anastasios Chomenidis has developed a valuable experience on environmental projects, buildings, industrial and energy contracts, handling an approximate total budget of over €15 million.

Thanassis Karagiannis is the Chief Investment Officer of PRODEA Investments since June 2020 as well as an executive member of the Board of Directors and member of the Investment Committee and possesses significant pan-European experience in investment activities and the real estate market. He is a Scientific Associate of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) by teaching the courses "Methods and Applications of Urban Planning”. He is a Legal Advisor of the Hellenic Ministry of Environment and Energy, a Member of the Central Council for Urban Issues and Challenges and a Member of the specialist force for the assessment of sustainable plans and activities as regards carrying capacity and for the establishment of the National Observatory for Sustainable Cities, as well as a Legal Advisor of the Technical Chamber of Greece, of Scientific Associations and Bodies of Central Administration since the year 2005 and has participated in legislative committees as well as in various conferences as rapporteur. He is currently a PhD Candidate in the Department of Architectural Engineering of the University of Patras in the field of Urban Planning Tools in Law and Green City Transformation. Recently, he participated in the preparation of the candidacy of the city of Ioannina for participation in the “EU Mission: Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities”, in collaboration with the Department of Architecture of the University of Patras and other great academics.

Aristotelis Karytinos is the Chief Executive Officer of Prodea Investments, the leading real estate investment company in the region with assets. He possesses long standing experience in investment and banking through key positions both in the public and private sectors. Prior to his current position, from 2008 -2013 he was the General Manager - Real Estate of the National Bank of Greece Group. F r o m 1996 - 2 0 0 8 he held senior positions within Eurobank EFG Group, including Head of Group Real Estate, Head of Mortgage Lending and CEO of Eurobank Properties REIC ( later known as Grivalia REIC) , a company which he led into a successful IPO in 2006 and a subsequent rights issue in 2007, raising in total approximately €450 m. Aristotelis Karytinos holds a Doctorate (PhD) in Finance from the University of Warwick, UK and is a Fellow of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors ( FRICS) and Recognised European Valuer ( REV).

Mr. Evangelos I. Kontos is an experienced executive with thirty years of professional experience, of which the last 19 years, are focused on real estate management and financing of real estate projects and infrastructure of public interest. He has been the CEO and Member of the BoD of Intercontinental International (ICI), since 2020. He used to be the Head of Real Estate Unit (REO) at Alpha Bank Cyprus. He has previously worked for EY as Senior Manager of Infrastructure Advisory & Real Estate, for TRASTOR as CFO and IR Director, for Millennium Bank as Senior Relationship Manager - responsible for the financing of commercial real estate and heavy infrastructure projects - and has also served as Senior Financing Officer for LAMDA Development. At the beginning of his professional career, he worked for ABN AMRO Bank and Lavipharm.

He holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and a degree in Business Administration from the American College of Greece (Deree).

Mr. Nikolaos Koulocheris is a practicing lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association and he was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court in 1998. 

He was born in Spata, Athens, he is married and father of a son. 

By the time he was appointed as the Secretary General of Economic Policy in the Ministry of Finance, he had been Managing Partner in Machas and Partners Law Firm (currently on leave), specializing in civil and labor law, real estate, privatizations and public procurement. 

In the same period, he worked as an in-house lawyer at the Legal Service of the Greek Manpower Employment Organization (OAED). 

He speaks English and German. He studied law at the Law School of the University of Athens and holds an LL.M. Degree in Labor law from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. 

He has also taught labor law in ALBA Graduate Business School and participated as an accredited expert negotiator at International Institutions such as the International Labor Office and has acted for several other committees for the structuring of the new legal framework, such as the committee that set up the Hellenic Republic Employment Data Information System “ERGHANI”. 

He was also appointed as liquidator of the Hellenic Foreign Trade Board (HEPO), as chairman of the Joint Interim Steering Committee of the Workers Housing Organization and the Greek Workers Hearth Organization, and as a BoD member in the Greek Deposits and Loans Fund. 

He has extensive work experience and has successfully dealt with major projects as chief legal adviser, such as the Ellinikon - Agios Kosmas privatization project acting for the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund.

Yannis is a Manager at the Real Estate Advisory team at PwC Athens. He is a RICS Member, RICS Registered Valuer and Registered Valuer by the Hellenic Ministry of Finance.

He has experience in real estate advisory services including property valuations and NPL portfolios, for global corporate clients, funds, REICs, banking institutions, domestic group of companies, as well as public entities such as the Ministry of Finance, HPPC & HRADF. He has also completed feasibility studies for domestic and international investors and developers while he has worked on market studies. Prior to PwC, Yannis was a founding member of NAIRealAct (2014-2021) while before that he was consulting the management team of the National Defense Fund. He was also in the GIS Department of the Organization of Planning and Environmental Protection of Athens.

Dimitris Manoussakis is the Managing Partner of KENTRIKI Property Valuers & Consultants, the Savills International associate in Greece. He specializes in offering professional advisory services to private companies and public organizations. He has graduated from the National Technical University of Athens, Department of Architecture, and he is a qualified Architect, Member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TCG). Lila’s background includes the position of General Director of Valuation and Advisory Department, of Cushman & Wakefield Proprius in 2019 where she managed large scale valuation projects, feasibility studies of strategic investments all over Greece including hotels, malls and mixed use projects. In 2015 she was appointed Executive Director and then Executive President of HRADF, where she was leading the privatization program of Greece, collecting more than 4 billion € and remained until June 2021 a member of the Board of Directors of HRADF. Ioannis’ academic studies include a BEng in Land Surveying from The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (GR), a Diploma in Surveying from The College of Estate Management - The University of Reading (UK) and a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSc in Real Estate) from The University of Reading (UK). Currently, he is a PhD candidate at Panteion University of Athens (GR).

His working experience is exclusively related to the sector of real estate. Ioannis worked with DTZ in England (London City office) and Greece (Athens office) as a property valuer, McDonald's Hellas and Goody's as Director of property development, SISIM spa Italy as delegate of the Greek market and GAIAOSE (Greek Railways) as a property development consultant. He founded GEOAXIS at 2006. GEOAXIS is the 1^st registered valuation firm in Greece.

His experience in real estate covers a wide range of expertise from property valuation and feasibility studies to development studies, marketing and negotiations.

He is currently a Member of The Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE), The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as a fellow-FRICS, The European Real Estate Society (ERES) and The Greek Institute of Valuation. He is also a certified property valuer by the Greek Ministry of Finance.

He has been nominated as the Chairman of Valuation Forum RICS in Greece since March 2019.

Theodora Xythali has been practicing law since 1982. She holds an LLM in Regional Development and works as partner at KLC Law Firm. She has extensive experience in the field of real estate development and has dealt with privatizations, public procurement, tourism - urban planning – environmental corporate matters, law of capital market and local government issues.

She has worked as Director of Legal Department at the Hellenic Public Properties Co, Legal Advisor at REDS SA, lawyer at the Athens Exchange group, Head of Legal at the Hellenic Agency for Local Development and Local Government SA and member of the Board of Directors at the Regency Casino Mont Parnes and Marina Zeas SA.

She has participated in the implementation of real estate development projects, in study groups of public bodies on issues of local government, real estate development, environmental management, tourism and public-private cooperation, as well as in committees for drafting legislation. He has written articles in Greek and foreign publications on local government, public-private partnerships, real estate, and cadastral issues.

Mr. Zavvos is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Zeus Group of companies operating in CEE, SEE and the USA.

He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Orilina Properties, a real estate investment company (REIC) investing in Greece.

He is also the President of the Harvard Business School Club of Greece.

Mr. Zavvos is the Chairman of the Board of SolidarityNow Foundation which supports immigrants and society groups that are the hardest hit by the economic crisis in Greece.

In addition, he is a Member of the European Council on Foreign Relations and International Crisis Group.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a MSc in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of Athens.
