Luigi Buttiglione

Luigi Buttiglione is the Founder and CEO of LB-Macro, a consultancy company. Previously, Luigi was Head of Global Strategy of Brevan Howard Asset Management, from March 2008 until December 2017, Head of Research at Fortress Investment Group (2007-2008), Chief Economist at Rubicon Fund Management LLP (2004-2007), Chief Strategist at BlueCrest Asset Management LLP (2003), Head of European and Global Economics at Barclays Capital Securities Limited (2001-2003) and Senior Economist at Deutsche Bank AG (2000-2001). Before undertaking a career in financial markets, Luigi was a Senior Economist at the Research Department of Banca d'Italia, in the Monetary Analysis and the Real Economy and Forecasting divisions (1989-2000). While at Banca d’Italia, Luigi was advising the Governor on monetary policy, actively managing the public debt of the Italian Republic, Head of the Inflation Analysis Office, a member of Banca d’Italia Forecasting Committee as well as of the ECB Working Group of Forecasting (1998-2000).

Andreea Moraru is Director, Regional Head responsible for managing the EBRD’s operations in Greece and Cyprus. She has over 20 years of experience in leading, structuring, negotiating, and implementing of a wide range of debt and equity projects in CEE, Russia, Turkey and SEMED. Dominique Moerenhout
CEO, EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association),
Dominique Moerenhout is the CEO of EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association), the voice of the publicly traded European real estate sector. He joined EPRA in 2017, moving from BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management where he held the CEO position for Luxembourg and Belgium. After working in a private bank followed by five years as a management consultant on large financial sector projects for KPMG Consulting, he joined Fortis Real Estate in 2004, where he was COO for international investment and fund management activities in Luxembourg, Belgium and Spain until 2011, before moving with the company to the UK. Moerenhout is a native French and Dutch speaker and fluent in English. He holds a Master in Business Administration from ICHEC Brussels and a European Master in Financial Analysis (CFA) from the Belgian Association of Financial Analysts.

<p class="MsoNormal">Dika Agapitidou is the Founder and Director of Athens Economics Ltd – JLL Alliance Partner, set up in 1993. She is a Member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), a founding member of the Greek branch of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centres) and a member of ELIE (Hellenic Valuation Institute). Her background is in Economics, Planning & Econometrics and she has been professionally involved in commercial real estate since 1988, when she was appointed Head of Forecasting at Jones Lang Wootton in London. Prior to that, she worked as a consultant for the Greek government (Home Office), international organisations (EU & OECD), and academic establishments (LSE) in Athens, Brussels, Paris, and London. In her present role as director of Athens Economics Ltd – JLL Alliance Partner, and together with trusted colleagues from a multidisciplinary background, she provides commercial real estate and economic research/advice as well as valuation and agency services to domestic business and multinationals. He has served as Head of Advisory Services in the Real Estate sector of Eurobank from 2001. He has also worked at Eurobank Leasing where he held the position of Credit & Marketing Manager(1998-2000), while in 1994-1998 he worked for Bank of Cyprus, where he held the position of Senior Officer at Corporate Lending Division. <p class="MsoNormal">Konstantinos Karatsolis in an Attorney at Law specialized the fields of Environmental Law, Urban Planning and Civil Law regarding Public and Private Works as well as Public Procurement. He is a Scientific Associate of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) by teaching the courses "Methods and Applications of Urban Planning”. He is a Legal Advisor of the Hellenic Ministry of Environment and Energy, a Member of the Central Council for Urban Issues and Challenges and a Member of the specialist force for the assessment of sustainable plans and activities as regards carrying capacity and for the establishment of the National Observatory for Sustainable Cities, as well as a Legal Advisor of the Technical Chamber of Greece, of Scientific Associations and Bodies of Central Administration since the year 2005 and has participated in legislative committees as well as in various conferences as rapporteur.
