Lottie Tollman is Head of Data Centres Advisory, EMEA at Colliers, leading advisory services across land transactions, colocation, capital markets, research and strategic advisory for data centre occupiers, operators and investors. Working closely with in-country specialists across the Colliers network, she helps deliver a market-facing, best-in-class service across the region.

With more than 19 years of experience in commercial real estate, including over 3.5 years dedicated exclusively to data centres, Lottie has a strong track record advising both investors and occupiers across Europe. She has led landmark colocation deals, including some of the first high-performance computing and AI leasing transactions in European data centres, as well as mission-critical renewals, re-gears and relocations for banking clients. She also has extensive experience advising on both acquisitions and disposals of powered land opportunities across Europe.

Lottie is an accredited member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She holds an MSc in International Property Development and Planning.
