Deadline extention for submitting supporting documents for arbitrary constructions

For declarations in Law 4178/2013, which are not transferred to Law 4495/2017 (A’ 167), the engineer is obliged to complete the electronic submission of the necessary supporting documents by 31.12.2024.

For declarations in Law 4495/2017, the engineer is required to complete the electronic submission of the necessary supporting documents:

a) until December 31, 2024 for declarations with a fee payment date up to and including December 31, 2022, and

b) within twenty-four (24) months from the payment of the fee for declarations with a fee payment date from January 1, 2023.

Processing declarations of affiliation, which have become final, for correction of submitted data is only allowed after a request submitted to the electronic affiliation system is forwarded to the relevant Committee for the Examination of Arbitrary Appeals of Article 17, which decides on the acceptance of the request.”
