Sarmed declares a share capital decrease

According to the REIC’s announcement, “SARMED WAREHOUSES SA” decided to reduce its share capital, by the amount of €1,200,000 with a reduction of the nominal value of each share of the Subsidiary by €0.20, i.e. from €1, 00 to € 0.80 each and with the return in cash to its shareholders according to the percentage of their participation in the share capital.

As a consequence of the decided reduction of the Subsidiary’s share capital and after it is completed, with the publication of the above decision of the General Assembly at the G.E.MH., the amount of the reduction corresponding to it will be distributed to BriQ Properties as a shareholder by 80% according to its percentage of participation in the share capital of its Subsidiary”.
