Trastor’s investments in real estate assets reaches €49M in 2022

During 2022, the Company invested the amount of €49mn for the acquisition of 7 assets (office, logistics, and land plots) and for the development of 2 contemporary logistics centers, while it proceeded with the sale of 8 assets (6 stores and office buildings, and 2 land plots) for a total consideration of €10.3mn.

In addition, with the merger of two fully owned subsidiaries the Company incorporated in its portfolio two logistic assets. 

Thus, as of 31.12.2022 the Company’s portfolio comprised of 57 assets with a total fair value of €392.3mn, as compared with 59 assets with total fair value of €324.9mn as of 31.12.2021. 

As of 31.12.2022, the profit from the adjustment to fair value of the Company’s investment properties amounted to €26mn.
