Hotelleading, the hotel management company of the Tsiledakis Group, is strengthening its executive team through the strategic addition of senior professionals with international experience in Management, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue. This initiative comes in anticipation of the further expansion and development of the portfolio of five hotels the company manages in Crete.

A central focus of the company’s strategy is the preparation for the opening of the Hilton Chania Old Town Resort & Spa, which is expected to welcome its first guests in June 2026. Operating under the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand, the new property will feature 85 rooms and suites with private pools, wellness facilities, state-of-the-art conference amenities, and panoramic sea views. It aims to become a benchmark for high-end tourism in Chania, supported by year-round operations.

According to the company, the recent executive appointments reaffirm Hotelleading and the Tsiledakis Group’s strategic commitment to building robust management structures, with a focus on sustainable development, operational excellence, and the creation of authentic hospitality experiences.
