TITAN reports €242M in net profit, reaffirms positive 2026 outlook

  • RE+D Magazine

TITAN Group's sales increased by 9% in the first nine months of 2026 (+5% on a like-for-like basis), while third-quarter sales rose by 13% (+2% LfL), reflecting broad-based organic growth across all geographical regions and a positive contribution from recent acquisitions.

Nine-month EBITDA increased by 2% to €482 million (-2% LfL), supported by improved profitability in Greece, Southeast Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean. According to the Group’s announcement, cost-saving initiatives under the Prime programme partially offset higher energy and raw material costs.

In the United States, profitability was additionally affected by exceptional events, including an extended shutdown at the Pennsuco facility and an unplanned outage at Roanoke, as well as adverse weather conditions, weaker demand in the residential construction sector and unrealised price increases, particularly in Florida.

Third-quarter EBITDA amounted to €170 million. Net profit for the first nine months rose to €242 million, up 42% year-on-year, or 9% on an adjusted basis following the sale of Adoçim in 2025. Net profit for the third quarter reached €89 million.

Investments Reach €248 Million in the First Nine Months

TITAN’s capital expenditure totalled €248 million in the first nine months of 2026, in line with its TITAN Forward 2029 strategy, with continued investment in growth projects and operational efficiency improvements.

These investments include mobile ready-mix concrete plants to serve data centre projects, capacity expansions in fly ash and aggregates, electricity generation for own consumption in Türkiye, and the construction of specialised silos to improve cement export efficiency in Egypt.

Recent Acquisitions Expected to Generate €60 Million in Synergies by 2029

The integration of the Group’s three recent acquisitions, representing investments of approximately €700 million since the beginning of the year, is progressing smoothly.

Operational improvements are advancing according to plan, while synergies are expected to generate approximately €60 million by 2029.

The acquisitions contributed approximately €28 million to EBITDA during the first nine months of 2026. Their contribution is expected to increase to around €45 million for the full year and exceed €100 million by 2029.

TITAN Maintains Positive Outlook for Full-Year 2026

For the full year 2026, TITAN expects sales growth in the high single digits and EBITDA growth in the mid-single digits.

Performance is expected to be supported by the launch of the Group’s Prime cost and efficiency optimisation programme, alongside the contribution from recent acquisitions.

Full-year capital expenditure is expected to reach approximately €300 million.
