ADMIE Holdings, the listed company that owns 51% of Greece’s Independent Power Transmission Operator (ADMIE), and its subsidiary posted strong first-quarter results, as preparations advance for the Operator’s forthcoming €1 billion capital increase.

Specifically, ADMIE Group’s revenues increased by 18.6% to €133.1 million, while operating profit (EBITDA) rose by 21.5% to €99.2 million and net profit climbed by 27% to €49.1 million. ADMIE Holdings reported similar performance, reflecting its participation in ADMIE, with revenues increasing by 23.8% and net profit reaching €24.1 million, up 23% year-on-year.

On the projects front, the Crete–Attica electricity interconnection has entered commercial operation and is already generating the corresponding revenues. Meanwhile, the fourth and final phase of the Cyclades interconnection project is expected to be completed in stages during the year, with the Santorini–Naxos section scheduled for completion in the first half and the connections to Folegandros, Milos and Serifos in the second half.

In the second half of 2026, the transmission line connecting the Corinth and Koumoundouros Extra High Voltage Substations—currently undergoing an upgrade—is also expected to be completed. At the same time, preparations are advancing for the implementation of the Dodecanese and North Aegean islands interconnection projects.
