According to the announcement, the changes resulted from a corporate action, specifically the share capital increase of Public Power Corporation (PPC), which affected the voting rights percentages of the company’s existing shareholders.
More specifically, as of 26 May 2026, Selath Holdings S.à r.l., which is indirectly controlled by CVC Capital Partners plc, directly held 38.2 million PPC shares, representing 6.39% of the company’s total voting rights, compared with 10.34% held on 13 December 2024.
At the same time, Aeolus Holdings S.à r.l., which is indirectly controlled by CVC Capital Partners IX Limited and, ultimately, by CVC Capital Partners plc, directly held 64.41 million PPC shares, corresponding to 10.78% of the company’s total voting rights, compared with no previous holding.
As a result of these changes, the two companies affiliated with the CVC group collectively hold 102.61 million PPC shares, representing 17.17% of the total voting rights of the listed company.
