According to the company, the goal is to raise €4 billion through the issuance of up to 369,270,000 new shares, with a maximum offer price of €19.75 per share, which corresponds to the closing price on 15 May.
The final offer price is expected to be set on 21 May, while the final allocation of shares will also be decided by the Board of Directors after the distribution of shares to the State, which will participate in the capital increase in order to maintain a 33.4% stake, as well as to CVC.
